D-Triumph Care is committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050 and supporting the London Borough of Hounslow’s transition to Net Zero. This Action Plan sets out the practical measures we will implement to reduce emissions across our operations and supply chain.

Carbon Reduction Measures
To support these commitments, D-Triumph Care will:
- Utilise electronic care planning, electronic call monitoring and digital records through Roundsys ECM and Microsoft 365.
- Promote virtual meetings and online training where appropriate.
- Use geographical rostering and efficient workforce planning to minimise unnecessary travel between visits.
- Encourage local recruitment within service delivery areas to reduce commuting distances and travel-related emissions.
- Review operational travel arrangements and consider lower-emission alternatives where practical.
- Monitor workforce travel patterns and identify opportunities to reduce travel-related emissions.
- Review suppliers’ environmental credentials and sustainability practices during procurement activities.
- Monitor environmental performance through annual management reviews and carbon reporting.
Responsibilities
The Director and Senior Management Team are responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy, monitoring progress and ensuring environmental objectives are incorporated into businesss planning and decision making.
All employees are expected to support this policy by adopting environmentally responsible working
practices.
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner where required by legislation, guidance or organisational
changes.
